Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to September 1, 2017. Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to September 15, 2017. No refunds will be given for cancellations after September 15, 2017. Name substitutions will only be accepted if submitted prior to October 9, 2017.
