By significantly expanding the depth of content of its Web pages about Liquid Coating Resins, UV/EB
Coating Resins and Powder Coating Resins, and related additives, the company is now providing a new
source for general and in depth technical information 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

DSM Desotech Accelerates Development of UV-Coatings with the Acquisition of Polymeric Processes Inc.
UV-curable coatings leader DSM Desotech today announced the acquisition of assets of U.S.-based Polymeric Processes Inc. (PPI), an innovative producer of UV-curable coatings for tube and pipe applications. Both parties have agreed not to disclose financial details.
The acquisition of Polymeric Processes accelerates the efforts of Desotech's UVentionT group, which develops innovative custom UV-curable materials for select markets in the U.S. and Europe. "The tube and pipe industry is a fast-growing market for both clear and color UV coatings," says UVention Market Platform Manager Dr. Anthony Toussaint.
