Manage a shift of chemical operators that oversee a 300,000,000 lbs/yr Polyester bottle resin plant. Provide leadership and technical direction to the shift team to insure all EH&S, quality management, operational processes and practices are being followed to meet business objectives. Job Qualifications:  BS or higher in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferably in leadership positions, Hands-on individual w/ excellent troubleshooting skills & ability to set and meet aggressive goals for self and team, Team player with ability to make sound decisions with minimum data if required, & Ability to serve as the emergency response team leader for the shift.
