We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the ink industry preferably with UV flexo inks.

The ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree in Chemistry. This position is based out of our Greater Cincinnati office and may include up to 20% travel to participate in ink trials.

Job Responsibilities:

* Involvement in new product development

* Reformulate established formulations

* Establish quality control procedures and specifications

* Evaluate new raw materials and related products for possible use

* Collect and analyze data, maintain records and report findings as

related to projects

* Attend tests of new or established products

* Maintain communications with the production and quality control departments regarding new or reformulated products
