• Technical Development Specialists-Chemist Requires a BS in Chemistry or Polymer Science. 0-5 years UV coating or coatings experience a plus.
• Sr. Technical Development Specialist-Display Requires a BS Chemistry or Polymer Science; postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Photochemistry is preferred. Five years formulation experience necessary.
• Sr. Technical Development Specialist-Inkjet Requires a BS degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science; postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Photochemistry is preferred. Five years formulation experience necessary.
• Sr. Technical Development Specialist-Nanoparticles Candidates will have a MS / PhD in Chemistry / Material Science / Chemical Physics with 4+ years of Postdoctoral / industrial experience in areas such as coatings and Nanotechnology. Experience in UV / Coating chemistry desirable but not specifically in UV coatings.

The creative challenges enable you to explore technology by developing new products and to research improvements for our existing products and process. From lab to plant to commercialization, you drive the advancement of these products. The progress of your efforts will be maintained through various technical reports, records of invention, and patent applications. Putting safety first, you will become familiar with necessary MSDS's, and assist in maintaining chemical inventory.

As you push the limits of innovation, you will advance your professional expertise and leadership and keep your team growing with you through training. Our customers will also look to you for technical consultation, and our marketing team will rely on you for data for sales and marketing literature.

Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives effectively; strong grasp of structure-property relationships; documented success in bringing UV coatings to market; strong communication and leadership skills; excellent presentation skills; and proficiency with MS Office. Must possess the ability to perform a variety of physical tasks. Should have a strong mental attitude to understand and adapt to a dynamic environment.
