Job Description:
In this key role, you will take market demands from performance requirements into a material property of the product, to be commercialized. This includes transferring lab successes into processes for BCI production and utilizing formal project management to report progress, and requires significant interactions with internal and external marketing and sales associates. For success, you'll need a Master's Degree in Polymer Chemistry or Materials Science, along with 5 years of Polymer Chemistry or Material Science experience in the field of industrial coatings or materials design. You must also possess familiarity with materials science testing methods and have a broad range of experience in thermoset and thermoplastic polymers hands-on lab approach to problem solving.
