Nordson UV, a subsidiary of Nordson Corporation, is one of the world’s leading producers of ultraviolet curing equipment.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, results-oriented individual for a Market Development Specialist sales position. Territory responsibility for this position is nationwide. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years professional sales experience is required.  Sales background in capital equipment, industrial automation, adhesives, coatings or in related industries or market is preferred. 

This newly created position will be responsible for growing sales revenue by uncovering new opportunities and penetrating emerging markets where Nordson UV can achieve significant financial impact. This position is responsible for building a sales strategy that leverages relationships with key material suppliers to capture market share and create a first mover advantage in new opportunities. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship building skills and the courage to aggressively pursue all potential opportunities. The ability to earn trust, influence, and negotiate is critical. We seek an intelligent, tech savvy individual with good business acumen and outstanding communications skills. This role is ideally suited to a self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability. Optimism, drive, tenacity and flexibility are all important characteristics.
